These sections identify the issues the final reviewed documents need to cover. They deliberately avoid attorney-like finality.

Current status

  • These terms are MVP planning copy and draft placeholders only.
  • They are not final legal terms, not attorney-approved language, and not ready for production/customer reliance.
  • Qualified legal review is required before paid launch, public production use, app-store submission, or customer contract use.

Educational use

  • ProcessPrism is intended as an educational visualization and training aid for industrial learners.
  • The product may help explain generic equipment behavior, guided process concepts, and visual relationships between equipment geometry and process flows.
  • Content should be technically and subject-matter reviewed before launch, but it is not a formal certification program.

No operational or process-safety reliance

  • ProcessPrism must not be used as an operating procedure, alarm response guide, process-safety basis, startup/shutdown instruction, emergency instruction, or substitute for site-approved procedures.
  • Users must rely on their employer's procedures, qualified supervision, applicable standards, and regulatory requirements for real plant operations.
  • The T-101 module is a generic training example unless a future customer-specific module is separately documented and approved.

No engineering design reliance

  • ProcessPrism is not an engineering design tool, process design package, fitness-for-service tool, pressure equipment design calculation, or inspection planning system.
  • The visuals are not CFD, thermodynamic, crude-assay, VLE, fractionation, hydraulic, relief-system, or plant performance calculations.
  • Qualified engineering judgment, site data, licensed tools, applicable codes, and professional review remain required for engineering decisions.

No certified training claims

  • ProcessPrism is not certified API training and does not grant API, operator, engineering, inspection, regulatory, or employer-specific credentials.
  • Any future continuing-education, certificate, API exam-prep, or corporate training claim requires separate legal, SME, and partner review.
  • API, ASME, OSHA, company procedures, and other standards or regulatory materials must be consulted from authorized sources where applicable.

Payment and subscriptions

  • Pricing, checkout, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, trials, team seats, invoices, and billing-portal language are placeholders.
  • Stripe-hosted payment flows are planned, but production billing terms must be reviewed before collecting real payments.
  • Mobile app purchasing and external payment links require app-store policy review before iOS or Android submission.

Acceptable use

  • Users should not attempt to bypass entitlements, scrape paid content, extract or redistribute assets, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected content, or misuse contact forms.
  • Users should not upload or submit customer plant records, inspection reports, facility operating data, card data, passwords, secrets, or sensitive personal data through general intake paths.
  • Future production terms should include account security, prohibited conduct, suspension, support, and abuse-reporting details.

IP and content ownership

  • ProcessPrism content, 3D assets, guided tours, text, visuals, software, and module structures are intended to remain Quantum Asset Integrity or licensed content unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • User-submitted lead and support content should remain usable by Quantum only for support, sales, product operations, and agreed business purposes, subject to final policy review.
  • ProcessPrism should avoid reproducing proprietary standards text unless licensed or otherwise approved.
